Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the S-Core Analytics platform or utilizing our AI-driven automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of our “Guardian” agents, financial auditing scripts, and custom software deployments.

Service Scope & Autonomy

  1. The “Guardian” Protocol: Our AI agents are designed to monitor e-commerce platform fluctuations. While the agent can automate price changes, the User remains the final authority. S-Core Analytics is not liable for automated actions that were pre-authorized by the User settings.
  2. Human-in-the-Loop: For high-stakes financial adjustments, S-Core defaults to a “Notification & Approval” model. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested adjustments before final execution.

Accountabilities & Financial Disclaimers

  1. Audit Accuracy: S-Core’s auditing tools are designed to assist in financial tracking and tax preparation. However, they do not replace the necessity of a certified public accountant (CPA). Users are responsible for the final verification of all financial data before tax filing.
  2. Third-Party Platforms: S-Core operates through APIs provided by Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. We are not responsible for service interruptions or data discrepancies caused by these third-party platforms.

Usage Restrictions

Users may not utilize S-Core technology for:

  1. Market manipulation or predatory pricing strategies that violate platform-specific (Amazon/Walmart) seller agreements.
  2. Reverse-engineering S-Core’s proprietary agentic logic or “margin-protection” algorithms.

Privacy Policy & Data Governance

Data Collection & Source Integrity

To provide real-time analytics, S-Core collects and processes:

  1. Transactional Data: Sales volume, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and shipping expenses via secure API integrations.
  2. Operational Metadata: User interaction logs with AI agents to refine and improve model accuracy.
  3. Identity Information: Secure credentials required for platform synchronization, managed via encrypted “Zero-Trust” protocols.

AI Training & Data Privacy

  1. Siloed Intelligence: S-Core Analytics does not “commingle” client data. Your proprietary business data is never used to train global models that could benefit competitors. Any “learning” performed by your dedicated agent remains within your secure environment.
  2. Zero-Sale Policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade client data. Our revenue is derived solely from our services and product subscriptions.

Security Infrastructure

  1. Encryption: All data at rest and in transit is protected using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 encryption standards.
  2. Audit Trails: Every action taken by an AI agent—from a price update to a margin alert—is logged in an immutable audit trail available for User review.

AI Accuracy Disclaimer

“While S-Core agents utilize advanced machine learning to monitor market shifts, AI outputs may occasionally reflect anomalies in third-party data. We recommend maintaining ‘Approval Mode’ for all pricing changes exceeding a 10% variance.”

Financial Software Disclaimer

“The S-Core Audit feature is a data-aggregation tool. It is intended to simplify the organization of funds for tax purposes but does not constitute legal or professional tax advice. Always consult with a tax professional for final filings.”
